Global Exporters’ proven quality control system is designed to minimize manufacturing risks and ensure strict compliance with top-level production standards and the satisfaction of our clients and their customers. Through exhaustive factory audits and manufacturing audits, Global Exporters oversees all stages of the production process and aligns the capabilities of manufacturers and suppliers with our clients’ best expectations.

All pre-shipment inspections are performed onsite at the factory or forwarder’s warehouse before any containers can be cleared for loading and shipping. Also known as a Final Random Inspection (FRI), pre-shipment inspections serve as a final quality control check before the products are packed and delivered, thus preventing any mishandled, damaged or defective products from being shipped.  

 

At Global Exporters, our quality control inspection involves randomly sampling the goods to determine if they are in accordance with the internationally accepted standard, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), through a series of product tests and an AQL (acceptable quality limit) inspection of selected samples. Every element of our quality control checklist can be tailored to your unique requirements and the quality standards of your target market. Our strong relations with reputable companies such as SGS and other testing organizations makes any required lab testing and certifications readily-obtainable and within the parameters of your sourcing and quality control operations.
